Craig shows us how we can own the bathroom and look after our beards this season with Mancave beard care
High quality and well-priced, the Mancave range of products available at Tesco are a great addition to your daily routine for guys who want to look after themselves inside and out. Today I want to share details of their beard care to help you really #OwnTheBathroom, wherever it may be!
Using a selection of naturally derived ingredients and extracts, incorporated with scientifically developed products, Mancave have created a range of products that really combine nature and science for the modern man. Made without harmful ingredients their range is entirely cruelty free and also offer vegan friendly items. All products are free from parabens, sulphates and petrochemicals.
The Blackspice Beard Wash
Currently available at Tesco at £6.00, the ManCave Blackspice Beard Wash contains Tea Tree Oil to get rid of impurities, and L-Arginine, Jojoba and Hemp Oils to hydrate the hair and help stop any irritation.
This creamy wash lathers well and contains Black Pepper Oil, Bergamot Oil, Caffeine and Aloe Vera. These combine to make a great masculine scent while keeping all the natural oils locked in your beard. Just wet your beard, apply a small amount of the beard wash and lather onto your beard. Leave the product on your beard for a minute to allow it to do its job, before rinsing with water for a clean, soft and fresh beard.
The Blackspice Beard Oil
Another item available now is the ManCave Blackspice Beard Oil at £7.00. A great price for a great little product, and a good stocking filler for a bearded buddy.
Again with the great Blackspice scent, this beard oil helps to tame your beard with superior natural ingredients in a mix of Argan, Hemp and Jojoba oils. Designed to nourish and revitalise it softens the hair and nourishes it thanks to the addition of Vitamin E, which also soothes your skin.
Whether you’re big bearded or have subtle stubble, a beard oil is a great product to have in your armoury. As with the beard wash, this oil is cruelty free and contains no parabens or sulphates. Apply it to a clean, dry beard by massaging a few drops into the beard, moustache and skin with your fingertips.
A little goes a long way, but if your beard is fuller or particularly course, a couple of extra drops will do the trick.
The Blackspice Beard Control
Again available at Tesco for £7.00, the ManCave Blackspice Beard Control contains shea butter and hemp oil to give a natural smooth finish. When growing a beard we all reach that ‘in between’ time when it can look a tad straggly. This cream really helps smooth down the hair for a less fuzzy appearance and a better shape.
If you find that you have a patchy appearance as I sometimes do, the caffeine in the beard control cream helps to stimulate hair growth. Free from nasty chemicals and cruelty free, you’re doing your bit and smelling great while you do it. Just rub a little of the cream in your hands before smoothing it into your beard. Comb it through for a sleek finish.
I hope you’ve enjoyed reading this post. Are you in the process of growing a beard? How are you finding it and what products (if any) are you using? Maybe you’re a ManCave aficionado and have a range of products in your armoury? Whatever your situation, stylishly stubbly or bearded bear I’d love to hear your thoughts, so please feel free to leave a comment below.
