Craig shares details of the J by Jasper Conran collection of quilted coats available at Debenhams
As the weather transports us from summer sun to winter wind, and everything else that the British climes throw at us, it’s good to have a coat that is able to cope with most, if not all of the possibilities. Debenhams have a great range of coats available. Today I want to show you one from the J by Jasper Conran collection, which fits right in with the quilted trend that we’re seeing coming through for autumn & winter 2018.
J By Jasper Conran, a Debenhams exclusive brand, are offering a number of quilted jackets this season, some colourful, some less so. I did toy with the idea of the bright yellow number below (at least I’d been seen on the dark cold nights) but ended up choosing a classic navy colour.
My navy quilted jacket is available right now for just £40 (down from £50). Available in sizes small up to XL, it’s more of a transitional piece than a heavy winter warmer, and is easily worn over a T Shirt or a thick roll neck sweater, depending on the temperature of course! With a quilted front and textured sleeves and back it’s very versatile and will be great for weekend dog walking or smartened up for the office.
The jacket has two zip up pockets and a zip up fastening which goes all the way up to the high funnel neck collar, which will keep out those chilly winds. It’s light weight and easy to wear. I can see that I’m going to be pulling this out of the wardrobe a lot over the coming weeks.
Thanks for stopping by to read my post. What do you think of my choice of jacket? Do you approve of how I’ve styled it? Maybe you’d have gone with the yellow one as I was tempted to?
Whatever your thoughts I’d love to hear from you, so feel free to leave me a comment below and I’ll get back to you.
This jacket was gifted, that means that Debenhams gave me the jacket free of charge as a thank you for showing it off. This post contains affiliate links, that just means that if you click a link in this post and buy a jacket, I get a couple of pounds commission as a thank you from Debenhams.
