Redken Launches New Product Range

Today see the exclusive launch of a range of new men’s grooming products from Redken and Craig shares his thoughts on the these new products

With the punchy claim of being the one stop shop for mens care, style, colour and skin, I had to check out this new range of products from Redken. Launching today and available in salons, and online at Ultra Beauty and Look Fantastic, they seem to have everything that you could want. But how do they really perform?

First for me is the 3-in-1 shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Such a great time and space saving product. No need for three bottles, it smells amazing and does a great job in the shower. on my recent trip to Paris I packed this and it really was all I needed. I’m a fan. At £20 for 300ml it’s going to be in my overnight bag for the foreseeable future.

I’m also a fan of the clay pomade hair styling product. I much prefer a product with a matt finish that allows you to restyle throughout the day without stickiness. This really hit the mark for me and while I prefer this one, Redken Brews offer a really wide selection of hair products including traditional gels, moulding paste, a wax, texturing pomade, and a cream pomade. So whatever your hair type or preferred style there’s something for you in the new range. Below I’m using the texturing pomade which is great for shorter choppy styles.

To finish and hold your style Redken Brews have a hairspray. It’s ideal for all hair types and all men’s hairstyles. The best hairspray for men is one that locks style into place without flakiness. Freeze your style with a light mist, or use multiple sprays for additional hold.

There’s also beard care in the range with a great smelling beard oil and shaving cream. Proper beard care starts with beard oil. This beard softener by Redken Brews also moisturises any dry skin under the beard to stop that itch that you can get when you have a slightly longer beard.

Even with a beard you may still want to shave your neck and cheeks. That’s where the shave cream comes in. The best shaving cream for men is one that moisturises skin during grooming. This men’s shaving cream by Redken Brews is suitable for all hair types, including sensitive skin.

So if you’re on the look out for some new grooming products, take a look at the range from Redken Brews and let me know what you think. Have you tried Redken products before? What did you think of them? Do you have a favourite product or can you recommend a way of using a particular product that may help other readers? I’d love to hear from you so please let me know you thoughts and leave a comment below. Thanks for stopping by.
